your eye stares at me. dawn approaches. the horizon expands and the world begins to shake. from the heavens lights of all color embrace me. let the world shake. it is behind me now. the stars flow past me in a river of understanding lost to all who see depth in a physical world. and afloat this river, immersed in everything, yet divided permanently from it, I find my home.
the river carries me past all destiny. find pastures of pure ethereal matter, forget the physical world. time was never a straight line. lost concepts of beginning and ending fail before your eye. the river continues ever into a singular existence. whats left of my existence dissolves into a plain of nothingness... and yet it is still everything.

knowledge in itself is hollow. we separate our concepts of reality to understand that knowledge is only what humanity decides is real. what gives us right to judge? what arrogance do we find in the gift of sentience that allows us to think we can define anything but our own serenity? our own reality?

your religion is failure. your faith, undecided. your peace? where do you find it?

think of your peers, do the same things that bring them happiness bring you happiness? with that in mind, think of serenity, where do you find it? would you expect, or even demand, that others find it in the same place?

what is important? where we came from? why we're here? when it all started? the only real truth is the truth we accept as individuals, the rest is simply an unsettling agreement: that we all comprehend and interpret something the same way.

examine the senses; describe to me in words the colors of the rainbow. you can tell me the names of those colors, but can you tell a man who has been blind from birth what the color blue looks like? we agree that the adjectives that describe what we sense define what we sense, but what guarantee do we have that those definitions aren't different to each of us?

reality is only as deep as our own individual perception. knowledge should never be the goal, because you will find nothing inside of it. when the search ends, nothing is left. serenity, to you i suggest, that is the goal. find that, and the rest becomes transparent.

on the day we accept as the 20th of June 2012.
